TILAPIA
Tilapia has recently become a part of the aqua-culture movement in the U.S. Tilapia live in a very narrow temperature range. They can be raised successfully in indoor tanks and are sometimes displayed in live tanks.

Tilapia can be sold as a live fish or as a whole, dressed fish or skin off, boneless fillets.
PREPARATION
The meat of tilapia has a very mild flavor. It is an excellent substitute in any white fish recipe. It has a high moisture content
and a good body shape for grilling.
